Lincolnshire is at its best when everyone has a chance to participate. Whether you are a long-time resident who has raised your family here for years or you just moved in last week, there is a place for you. If you want to go all in or contribute a small amount of time, we encourage you to join a committee that will help us keep Lincolnshire a wonderful place to call home!
Homeowners wishing to make improvements or changes to their property must give notice and receive approval prior to any work being done.
Remember, a request must be completed for the following:

Fence construction or replacement
Shed requests
Solar panels
Decks, etc.

To request approval please email: LincolnshireBoard@gmail.com
Do you have a green thumb? Do you have a love of landscaping!?
We are looking for residents to volunteer their time and water the newly planted trees on the boulevard and maintain the existing landscaping at both entrances.
Please email the board to join!
This Committee advises the Board of Directors by managing community messaging and keeping residents informed. They increase transparency by overseeing the website, Facebook page and also drafts, edits, and distributes quarterly community newsletters.
The Events Committee works closely with the Communications Committee to plan events for the neighborhood, such as socials or block parties. They also coordinate garage sale dates, place ads in the local paper and manage garage sale signs.
The goal is to revitalize the subdivision’s common ground into a dynamic, multi-generational space that serves everyone in our community. We aren’t just looking for another playground; we want to build a vibrant gathering place inclusive to all.
To make this dream a reality and present a winning proposal to the HOA Board, we are looking for passionate neighbors to help us research ideas for the space, as well as creative fundraising.
We want to fund as much of this project as possible through external sources and community events. This team will research ideas on how to raise the money and look for possible grants so we can reach our goal.
