A $150 annual assessment fee is paid by all Lincolnshire Homeowners each May. All homeowners receive an invoice for the assessment plus information for the LHA Annual Meeting.
Annual meetings are held each May; however, check the "Events" page, quarterly Newsletter, and/or Facebook page for board meeting information and dates.
Lincolnshire has a Springfield mailing address and is proudly served by the Ball-Chatham School District. Ball-Chatham CUSD 5 determines elementary school attendance zones (for grades Pre-K through 4) strictly by geographic address. Lincolnshire Subdivision's elementary school is Glenwood Elementary School (GES).
The LHA Board upholds the convenants and maintains the neighborhood. Our civic partners help with issues including property neglect, road maintenance, traffic, etc. Please use below resources to contact the appropriate department.
