2024-2025 Lincolnshire H.O.A. Accomplishments

Established a Coalition and Partnership with the IL. Dept. of Transportation to remove trees on S.E. corner (outside) of LS and clear vegetation blocking our drainage system. No expense to the subdivision.

Established a Coalition and Partnership with the City of Springfield Public Works to remove dead and dying trees on Lincolnshire Boulevard over 5 years.

Established a Coalition and Partnership with the City of Springfield Arborist to assist the HOA in selecting correct trees and foliage for the boulevard.

Established a Coalition and Partnership with the City of Springfield Corporate Council
Signed Legal Agreement to clearly define roles in maintaining the boulevard
Established an excellent working relationship with Brad Carlson, Ward 7 Alderman to assist Lincolnshire and the HOA as needed

Established a Coalition and Partnership with SPD to setup radar teams and help stop traffic violations

All repairs to the park playground equipment are now completed under budget

Drainage Ditch System are cleaned twice annually with close monitoring by HOA Team

New front entrance lighting for both Lincolnshire Boulevard and Renwick Drive are now completed

Cleaned and Painted both front entrance names to our Lincolnshire

New plants and rock for both front entrances have been installed

8-yards of new black dirt to fill deep ruts to grow new grass at both entrances

Planting of new beautiful flowers at both entrances are completed and established a watering schedule

Established a well thought out 5 to 7 year plan to revitalize Lincolnshire Boulevard

Created a new modern Lincolnshire website with online bill payment options
46% of our residents have now successfully paid online.
